The sizing of the items I ordered runs small and since there are no returns I feel I wasted good money. There is no give in the material. One recipient can not even get her arms into the shirt.

I placed a large order on 8/3. It is now 3 weeks later and I can't even get an eta. I have contacted customer service through the only option which is a chat. They have said the laser machine is broken and can't give me any sort of timeframe as to when the items will be shipped. I have order through this company before and had no issues. There is no way to actually speak to anyone. They said I could cancel and get a refund. I need the sweatshirts as part of a school uniform so I don't see how that would even help.
Trouble checking out. I haven't seen them yet because I had them shipped directly to my grandson. I knew they would take slightly longer since they are custom made, but I wasn't expecting 4 weeks with no updates. This would make me hesitate to order again. But, my grandson and his family are very pleased with them and I'm told they are very nice.
Went smooth and simple. Had a lot of online options to choose from.
