It was fair. Ordered 2 of the same style sweatshirt, one in a medium and one in large and the sweatshirts are different shades of gray. I also ordered a baseball cap and it is huge, even on a grown man!

When my order was late being processed there was no way to contact your company. You'd messaging system online was only with set answers. There was no way for me to ask a question of my own and get a response. I ordered in 9/18 and received on 10/10.
I was happy with the merchandise received and time frame. I was very unhappy with the lack of customer service and actual information. The fact that you do not have a phone number to call a live person is totally shady and makes your company look like a scam. You are doing yourself an injustice.

Yes, I have received my final item today, unfortunately I do not care for their customer service ethics I wish that they could provide a telephone number for customers instead of using a chat box for to customers to relate pertaining for issues of when a person will receive their merchandise.
