I needed a water heater for my Dutchstar. Fast. You guys had it in a warehouse and the operator who took my order, rather late on a Saturday afternoon (about two weeks ago), assured me that it would ship on Monday. It did. And it and arrived by the end of the week.
I would have preferred to pay a bit more and expedite the shipping, but it was not possible to arrange that on a Saturday call. And that's understandable. I could have called back on Monday morning but I wanted to lock in the shipment and know that it was on it's way. Anyway...it arrived as scheduled, it arrived in good shape, and the price was significantly better than sourcing it locally in San Diego, where I live. I am sure that I will buy just about any new RV appliance that I might need, as long as it's not a same-day emergency, from you guys! I was very pleased with how your operator handled my call and processed the order. He did exactly what he promised. When you're without hot water for a week or more, you start counting minutes! Have a great Labour Day Weekend!
I thought I had a problem with a water heater I purchased. Customer service pointed out the problem in less than 2 minutes. Great job!
Two small items.
I thought that I had ordered 3 sets of light bulbs. I received 6 sets. It may have been my error in ordering.
I am in the process of returning 3 sets.
The shipping container, while labelled Fragile, was an overly large box with the light bulbs loose at the bottom of the box and plastic bubble material on top of it. It seemed poorly wrapped from my point of view.

These parts were for my boat. I could not find the parts on any marine store.
The person I spoke with oh the phone was so knowledgeable and knew what I needed. Thanks to him I got the right parts at a great price. I definitely would recommend this company again!

Poorly packaged, no instructions, no hardware, gooey tape residue all over the mounting rails - can only assume they were mounting rails since there was no paperwork at all
