Fast delivery price was good
My purchase was a replacement awning fabric for my RV. I am satisfied with everything, EXCEPT that a new pull down strap was not included with the awning fabric. The existing pull down strap is too short, probably because it shrunk. I have a string tied to the strap so that I will be able to get to the strap that winds up into the awning. A simple warning or suggestion would have been a big plus. The length of the awning and the pull down strap are related. When I go to order a new strap, I'm sure they will ask me about how big the awning is so that they can match it. This must happen on every order, over and over again. PPL should know this and pass it on to the customer.
