Except that the web store is difficult to navigate my order arrived on time and complete. Overall it was a good experience. I probably would have gotten some other items if navigating the site were easier.

Had to call in order to verify information about ball size application. The nice lady in parts took my number and then called me right back with the information so I much appreciate the excellent service.
Note: After receiving the Hitch Grip I tried it on my hitch as shown in the video. My hitch has an extended length drawbar for clearance purposes. It is 16 inches. The Hitch Grip will not support the weight from the extra length when attached with the handle facing rearward as shown in the video. It does balance the weight correctly when reversed with the handle pointing forward so it is still functional in that mode.
PPLmotorhomes had the product in the size I wanted and for the right price. I've purchased from them before and will continue to do so.
