At the time of ordering:
On Line ordering went quickly - I paid for second day shipping, but did not get a delivery date at the end of the order. I will follow up with delivery satisfaction comment later if I have that option.

After Receiving Order:
At noon on Wed, 3/11/15 I received an email acknowledging second day shipping and confirming my order, AND promising a follow-up email when my order shipped. I did not receive the email confirming shipping. I had to email to ask for the status of my order. I did get a reply, actually on the same day the order was to arrive.

The order arrived Monday, 3/16, which was five days, and was actually shipped from Cummins, not PPL. The Fed Ex address sticker on the package said two-day shipping, and that the shipping date was 3/12, but, it also said delivery date was 3/16, so somewhere in the order process, the term "second day shipping" needs to be defined. I make a lot of on line orders, many being delivered by Fed Ex, so this really wasn't consistent with my experience -

I down-rated the shipping because I paid an extra $15 for the second day shipping, and I didn't get the promised email notifying shipping -I didn't think I got what I paid for.

The price was great, and I did get an answer to my "where's my order" email, but my next order might be by phone, so I could confirm shipping dates, etc.
