I was not sure as to whether or not the item I wanted to order would be the correct one and I needed it sent to a campground we were stopping at for a few days. I called customer service and a very helpful James Gibson made sure that I received the correct item that I needed. It was shipped to the campground and we were able to continue our trip. Good quality merchandise at a reasonable price and super customer service saved the day.

I called to see if I could get the motor for the air conditioner. Was given wrong information. I drove to the location and the lady I talked with had the AC motor ordered in about 5 minutes or less. I received it in less than 2 days. Sometimes taking the time to follow through helps. We had contacted an RV dealership close to us and was told it was not possible to get that particular motor. I had bought the AC from PPL and very happy that I made that stop when I went to Houston. Very happy customer!

Before a friend told me about pplmotorhomes.com, I had a great deal of difficulty in locating a replacement switch for an air conditioner in a 22 year old motorhome.
I took my friend's advice, called PPL and after several questions asked of me was told they had it and it would be in my hands in a few days.
I used to like baloney when I was a child, until being educated as to the ingredients. Baloney in any form is not for me! The woman that helped me (I thought I'd never forget her name, but did.) was very professional and helpful! No baloney!
