The person I spoke with when I made my recent order was very kind and helpful. I had been checking your web site for some time and decided to make my purchase. The delivery was great because I paid for overnight. It did not bounce around in the back of a delivery truck for a week. So far all is good.
I also purchased parts for an RV AC a couple years ago while I was in the Seattle area by calling the Houston store. Got them on time and what I requested.
Purchased a roof top AC Unit a couple years before that and had it delivered to my home. All was well.
Can' say anything bad about PPL.

I was surprised to even find the product for my 1978 Dodge Chinook motor home. Prices were great even though shipping cost more than the product. I had them in two days. Great service and I'll look here again for anything new I may need.

The advertisement showed a special of $9.99 shipping which is why I proceeded with the order. When I selected the item it changed it to $120.00.
