Great service, price, and delivery was quick.
I mixed up shipping and billing info... also felt slightly worried about purchase because of out-dated look of site. However, not too worried, just looks old, plus couldn't find a lot of information about how this pump was different from other Shurflo models... but that's more of a problem with Shurflo and not your website :)

I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE PRIOR TO PLACEING MY ORDER TO BE SURE THAT THEY HAD WHAT i NEEDED IN STOCK BECAUSE i HAD USED ANOTHER COMPANY TO GET SOMETHING FOR MY MOTORHOME AND HAD TO WAIT OVER 2 WEEKS BECAUSE THEY DIDN,T HAVE WHAT i WANTED IN STOCK WHEN i ORDERED IT. PPL ASSURED ME THAT THEY INDEED HAVE IT IN STOCK AND AS SOON AS I ORDERED IT IT WOULD BE PACKED AND SHIPPED. SO I WNET BACK ONLINE AND ORDER IT THAT AFTERNOON 3PM EST I HAD IT IN MY HAND AT1231PM THE NEXT DAY AND I HAD ORDERED IT SHIPPED STANDARD SHIPPING THAT IS THE BEST SERVICE AND DELIVERY I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY BUSINESS.
Product works just fine. Packaging was flimsy and product was dropped and damaged either in shipping or your warehouse. Housing is cheap flimsy plastic and thin sheet metal. Would not recomend this product if you are expecting something durable. This isn't it.
Fed Ex dropped it on porch as no one was home. Flare to mount to RV was bent in. Will work ok, some re-paint will resolve issue.
I called to verify the correct part for our gas range, helpful customer service, received the correct part promptly, installed it, fixed the problem! Easy. Our RV shop quoted $360, the part cost $65. I am very satisfied.
Been 3 or 4 weeks still wait on a call back on a part what is taking so long u all forgot me your service always been great till this time
