Short and sweet, just like I like it!
The pictures of the products could be better-you're not sure if the picture & the product you order is the one you want-maybe you could have the model number listed underneath the pic? I had the product shipped to a shipping company that will then send it on to me in Belize, so I have not seen it yet, and it's a little harder to rate my experience. But I stand by my suggestion about the pictures/model numbers. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's what I wanted because I can't really return it.
