I was disappointed with the delivery timeframe. Per the website, it states that if an order is placed before 2:00pm, it can be shipped the same day. I placed my order on Tuesday, May 26 at 9:00am and it was not shipped until Friday, May 29th which caused a delay with the installation timeframe.

Did not realize that this toilet was not porcelain. It is all plastic. Would not have bought if we had known that. Also very difficult to install. Had to make parts to install properly. Never again.
