Fairly easy to navigate the parts dept>

Very satisfied

At first I was very pleased. The site was easy to place my order. However, my order was not able to be filled because it was discontinued. They called me to ask if I would like a comparable item. I said sure. I also paid for 3day shipping. It did not arrive till 7 days later. Granted that includes a weekend but when you place the order on Tuesday and you don't receive it until the next Tuesday...there is a slight problem.

I had ordered an Coleman roof mount A/C unit to increase my cooling (Florida summers are warm). It took 12 days to get to me, arrived in good condition, and once it get's installed I'll be happy. If there are any problems I'll add another post, but right now I'm happy.

Went pretty smoothly. The first representative I talked to on the phone could have been a little more clear about where to find the Model # on my Duotherm A/C.

I was pleased with site. Quick delivery, only dissatisfaction is vent fan is more noisy than my older fans.

One of the lights had a corner broken off. After reading the return policy and what was involved to get a replacement I choose not to deal with it. I will have to use it the way it is and hope water will not be an issue.

I had to call to get the proper part for my camper but the experience was great. Thank you
