I ordered a awning from ppl,. Lyn, my salesman was great, got it ordered, sent on time, all was good on his end, it was the shipping companies after ppl that were a wreck, i got my awning bent, smashed and three weeks late,

I had a old motor home that needed a new roof top
Ac unit, called and got info on part # from ppl.

The first pump sent out was defective. One call and a return call was all it took and a new pump was on the way. It arrived even before I got the other shipped back. The new pump is in and working nicely. Thank you

It was one phone call, I actually talked to a real person, My order was taken and the person was healpful and pleasant to work with. Good job PPL The refrig was delivered three day sooner than expected.

I did not pull everything out of boxes and installed yet, so the question about the "products/services that you received" is still unconfirmed.

Info entry seemed a little slow. Was most likely my fat thumbs getting the way.

Ordering was quick and easy. Delivery was quick but I hope I don't have a problem with the Thetford Rebate because they wanted the UPC from the Thetford box and my toilet came in a plain brown box with no proof of purchase. I sent the order form along with the rebate form with hopes that Thetford would accept that.
