The service I got from PPL was exemplary...not one complaint. Item received in timely fashion, packaged well, all at a fair price. However, the device had some issues and my experience with RandMcNally hasn't been very good. They have dragged their feet and been less than expedient as far as reconciling my problem. I don't remember the date I receive this GPS, but as of this moment I have never used it on a trip... in fact, I still have not gotten it back form R/M. Hope to get it this week...

The rand mcnally gps for RVs is very disappointing. Options are limited. Instead of keeping you out of narrow streets I was told on several occasions to turn into neighborhoods. Very confusing

Ppl offered excellent customer service vaya telephoneand their delivery was right on time. A portion of my order, wheel shocks, only received 1 pair and I ordered two pair.
