I needed a quick turn around on parts for an inspection and the customer service did a great job getting them here on time.

Had a little problem with the website, when I completed the order I got kicked off, I called to see if the order had gone through, a very nice young lady checked to see if the order was there and found that it was not, she helped me complete the order and I received everything faster than I was told. PPLmotorhomes.com fulfilled their part of the sale. However, I received what should have been termed an "open box" sale. The copper staple that seals the box had been pulled open. Three seal plastic parts bags inside the box had been ripped open. One critical connector wire was missing along with two minor small parts. I'm in the process of attempting to get the connector wire from the manufacturer.
