Easy search and ordering. Thank you. I received the thermometer, however it had the wrong battery in it and I had to make a separate purchase at Batterys Plus in order to make it work. The product itself is fine however I was disappointed when it arrived with the wrong battery.

Thank you PPL. I own and enjoy a 18 year old class "A" motor-home. I have made many purchases from PPL. Each time before my purchase I would search the internet for information and price. I replaced the 120V and 12V heating elements and the Control module on my refrigerator. The battery charger/inverter had to be replaced. I made all of the purchases from PPL. Last week I had to decide weather to rebuild or replace the 18yo toilet. With PPL's low purchase price and low shipping charge I replaced it with a new china bowl unit. There have been many smaller purchases also. Each time I would rate PPL as4.5 to 5 stars.
The only con's are that they are getting so popular that the wait times to talk to parts are getting longer. The last time I was #16. This is the only reason I am not giving them all 5 stars. Hang in there, they are worth the wait. One final con is that as a returning customer I should not have to re-enter all of my basic information each time I purchase on line.
