I made the purchase on Wed at aprox 1 pm. I PAID for 2 day delivery, since I had an appointment that Saturday at a local RV repair facility to have the unit installed. I was sent a purchase verification with a tracking #.
Unfortunately, It didn't actually get processed until the next day which made my delivery date Monday. I had to cancel my appointment for Saturday. The next available date was 10 days out. Very frustrated, I called the seller immediately and spoke with on Hunt who apologized for the error and assured me that he would credit back the shipment charges to my credit card. I have not seen it yet, but he was the really only bright spot in an otherwise dismal and frustrating experience. My vacation was delayed 1 1/2 weeks because someone on their end was asleep at the switch. NEVER AGAIN
