Mess! It took 2 day to move my fridge from Texas to Washington. It then sat on a dock for 4 days till
I got a call on a delivery date. It would be at least 4 more days till they could truck it to my home.
I ended renting a truck, and driving to the trucking co. And picking it up myself. Not a great job by the
Trucking co. But you held up your end very well!

Received the main unit in good order; ordered the lower adapter but got the wrong one even though the model number was known to PPL. They sent an incompatible one; once it was discovered we talked with an agent who said it was wrong, sent to us a return shipping label and shipped the correct one. The correct one works fine.
