Super easy installation, bit of a vibration (which may be because I placed the two clamps quite close together and extended the arm fully) and slightly distorted image but they do the trick.
I gave a low rate to 'contacting customer service' because I was on hold for 15 min and finally hung up cuz I was 10th in line. I wanted to know where the item shipped from and by which carrier so I could figure how long shipping would take. Instead I paid extra for 3 day shipping.
If this waterheater last as long as the one its replacing i will be very happy
