I did not receive a shipping notification, nor tracking nr. I was not at home to receive, and item was lefat neighbir's--they were not home either. I attempted to call your customer service dept. on Thursday afternoon, but was #12 in line to hold. Maybe you can hire another customer svc rep.

Nice product, could have used some packing material to protect the light assemblies, but, despite that glaring oversight, they arrived unscathed.

Quick. Easy to order. If rest of service is as good as placing the order I will be very happy.
Overall everything was fine until placing order. Site couldn't calculate shipping initially. Took 4 times to get it to work. The next business day we received an order confirmation which stated we would receive a shipping confirmation soon. We never received that confirmation so we called and found out the part had shipped. It was received within 4 business days of order so all things considered, we are quite pleased with the service.
Pplmotorhomes had the lowest price from all the other web sites I looked at.
