When I called the help line on questions about my hot water model they were very helpful. I will recommend this web site to my friends.
When my order arrived the packing slip had the correct items ordered, but when I opened the box they had sent the wrong item. I called customer service and they said they would email me a return slip. I got the form this afternoon, but I have to pay the shipping. I don't see a prepaid shipping label. I shouldn't have to pay the shipping when I was billed for a water heater door, but they sent me a dome vent. I will be calling customer service in the morning.
