I ordered on 7/3 a tall 2ft patty o room panel. I pd. Extra 2 day mail service. It showed up today and is the regular height. We just spent 20 min. On the phone trying to correct. I am very frustrated- we leave for vacation Thurs. Evening and we need this panel. I would like a full refund for the first panel including the two day shipping. According to your policy I should receive the second ordered TALL panel on Thurs. Please call me to confirm. *******130. Thank you.

The tub I recieved was the wrong suze it was 4 inches to short but tge lable on box and the lable on tub showed tge correct size and due to the circumstances we had to make it work.my husband had to reconfigure our bathroom to make it work.

We tried to place a 2nd order on Fri, July 24th and were placed on hold for over 15 min and no one ever came back on the line. We ordered on Sat morning and it was taken care of but the order taker gave me no response when I told him about the previous day's issue. Ordering seems to be fine online but not sure about the actual ordering from a real person. The items we were trying to order could not be done online.
Hope next time is a little friendlier.
