Web site sucks. Placed the order 4 times, it would give me confirmation, had to phone in order. CS was great on the phone.

Saw this product on line went directly to PPL and saved over 100.00.

On the first order, the salesperson said I could order the step frame only and he had one in stock. When I called a week later for the status, the salesperson said the frame was a special order and no idea when it would come in. I then asked if they had the full assembly she said yes so I ordered and it came within 7 days. This has happened previously when dealing with PPL.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff that I don't wear them.Will use PPL again

Product was not what I ordered. The color was wrong and the size was wrong. I have receipt to prove what I ordered. Very frustrated and disappointed.

A very good experience

The item (Atwood RV Range) was not packaged appropriately for shipping and it arrived with damage. It was delivered without a signature and I was told since damage was not noted that it my responsibility.

Good job will buy again from PPL.
