Well packed, arrived when indicated.
As my local RV place didn't carry older exhaust fan parts (basicly meaning you had to buy complete new style units to replace said old units, costing $$$).
A fellow RVer recommended pplmotorhomes as a go to place to get those hard to get parts. Saved me over $100 so I didn't have to get a new unit just to replace a broken plastic fan blade.
Since I'll be a full time RVer needing parts in the future I'll be back & they'll be on my favorites list.

I was pleased with customer service personnel. Their knowledge was great with what they had to work with the original schematics given by the manufactures of the product that I was buying. I talked to 2 different CS individuals and both were quite knowledgeable. Thank you both for excellent service.
There was a problem with FedEx damage. Customer service went out of their way to offer me options of replacement or reimbursement which I declined. I liked the way they immediately gave me their trust about the accuracy of my report. I will shop there again even though they are Texans.
Before purchasing Coleman Mach 8 air conditioner for our vintage Airstream travel trailer, we spoke to several people at PPL.
