I called cs and they responded like they said they would, instead of waiting for and answer they promptly returned my call and gave me professional, detailed answers to my concerns. Being a novice at repairing my RV, they assured me that repairing my roof is labor intense yet very affordable if I tackled the job myself. My confidence grew after the sales persons assurance and the cost of materials where a fraction of the price from a contractor. Thank you

Great place to order from. Got item on sale with a rebate, shipped on time without any problems. I would highly recommend ppl motorhomes
Air conditioner shrouds ordered fit perfectly, were delivered on time as promised and PPL had the lowest price I could find
Ordered a new A/C, arrived on time just as promised. I believe the parts person I spoke with should have known I also needed to order a New controller board as he had to call Dometic to see if the A/C he had would be adaptable to my motorhome. Not a real problem as I am@ home now but the board did take another week when I called back to check on the wiring that didn't work. New A/C new board now works fine.
Purchased a Dometic 2410 fridge which was suppose to be the exact replacement for the 2401. It was not. Needed to cut out back and top a bit deeper and the height of the door brackets were also 1/4 higher,
That being said, the person that took my order was easy to work with and delivery went smoothly and when promised. Would definitely purchase from PPL in the future.
Was very happy so far and I would order again saved a lot of money!
The card does not work for anything other than the BASIC channels.
Hoping to get someone out here next week to replace the unit, or get us another card...
