Quick and easy
Online order ID. 025-002-279 I ordered 3 heat pumps on 8/20. The order form did not say they were not in stock. I called a week later to find delivery trace numbers as I had not received anything. Was told they would ship from manufacturer on 27th. Did not happen. Called again, was told they would ship on 7th. Still nothing. I called on 14th and finally found out they would be delivered that day. We live in the country and no one is home all the time. Got the name of delivery carrier and a tracking number. Called Dorhn Transfer Co. She stated that our order was on a 53 ft. Trailer. That would never make the urns to get to our place. Agreed to have the truck meet my daughter with a pickup at the local Walmart. My son in law happened to be in the parking lot when the driver pulled in. He told the driver the pickup was on the way. Driver said he could not wait and sat the heat pumps on the ground! My daughter met him leaving the lot as she came in. She said the trailer was no where a 53 ft trailer. We had our own trucking company so we know a little about trucking. The order could have been delivered to our house. This whole thing was a mess and doubt if I ever want to do this again. At least we now have our ac's and can install them. Hope your other customers have better luck.

After only receiving 1 of 2 packages, I tracked the 2nd package and found it had been damaged in shipping and returned to the warehouse. I called customer service and Joannie was ever so helpful in getting a new new unit shipped out the next day. I purchase online or on the phone all the time. And I wish everyone I dealt with was as efficient and nice as Joannie was. Thanks so much for your help!

I ordered a genny carburetor from PPL to fit a 16 year old unit. Delivery was quick and it came with the appropriate gaskets and was very well packed. In well under an hour I had the old unit removed and new one installed. Crossed my fingers when I was done and started the generator until it started a load and kept on running. Exactly what I was hoping for!
