Ordered on line the 16th of Oct. Called the company after not hearing anything from them on the 27th. Chelcie immediately sent me an order confirmation and was very helpful in finding my order. By the 30th my order was at my door. Then there was the box my sink came in. It was VERY lightweight-wasn't really sure my sink was in it, but looked like they played basketball with it - dents all over the cardboard. When I opened the box, the sink was bent in half - we'll see how the return goes. I'm not very hopeful at this point...

I thought that packing a hard aluminum object in a mailer envelope might be subject to bruises and dings, knowing how the USPS ships. I think a box would have been more appropriate. But all went well, to my surprise.
I needed a new relief valve for my Airstream water heater and you had exactly the one I needed.
I ordered an A/C blower motor online. I received it within a few days it fit perfectly and works great. It cost me $110.00. Probably would have cost me $400 to $500 at a R/V repair shop for the repair. Thanks for the quick and reasonable service.
