I accidentally ordered four of the item I needed and when I contacted the company about a return the sales person was rude and told me I had to pay 20% re stocking fee and the shipping. Your company says that they want you completely satisfied but at a cost to you it would appear. I do not plan on doing busineess with this company again.

It looks like the part I received is not compatible, but the day I went to my trailer to install the injector board it was stormy and raining and is 140 miles from where I live in Ridgefield WA, so I will make the trip when the weather is better and try again. I will contact customer service in the next couple weeks.

PPL parts persons are very knowledgeable and take the time to ensure you get the proper part

I am new to the renovation of an older camper and your products are valuable for my experience.

Good price and OUTSTANDING SHIPPING and what seems to be a high quality product.
So far I have just completed the installation which went well, I have not yet checked out the functionablity of the product but plan on doing that within the next few days and I hope and expect all will work as advertised.

I have ordered a couple items now from pplmotorhomes and both have had the best price. Items arrived in a very timely manor and were of the quality I expected.

After submitting my order I realized I had made a mistake, so therefore I had to contact pplmotorhomes by email and phone. Once I made contact regarding my mistake, their response was fast and the mistake was corrected. I did notice their sister website did not have any contact information for reaching them by phone but their other website did though. Any ways over all experience with pplmotorhomes was great.

The female who took my order didn't seem to know if I would be able to track my package or not, which was a little frustrating.

However, I got an email with the usual details and tracking number so it was not a problem.

It got here quickly and was at a good price.

If not for the confusion when placing my order, I would have given you 5 stars all the way.
