I'm not pleased with this transaction. The site advertised that the 17" stabilizer jacks would include:
Bolt-on application mounting hardware
Sets of 2 with crank handle
I received a set of two stabilizer jacks with no mounting hardware and no crank handle.

Pricing and quick deliveries are nice. The $9.95 shipping is also good. The problem starts if you have something to return. You almost have to beg the parts department to get you to customer service so that you can get PPL's deliver rate, but it's not $9.95. They bill you for whatever you order the day it is delivered which is ok, but they take a week to issue credit after they've received the returned merchandise. I called on a Monday with my last return which was returned because it was missing a lot of the parts. Monday was six days after PPL had received the return and signed for it. I asked when I was going to get credited for that return and parts told me that they would get with customer service who would call me. Two days later and I never got a call from customer service. Finally got the credit after 8 days of item being received.
There was no ShurFlo warranty information. There was water in the pump.
