It was difficult to find the right part but I contacted your customer service department which resolved the questions I had. They were very good.
I have received the motor and other than needing to realign the mounting holes slightly, the motor went in as expected. The unit seems to be working as good as new.

Overall, I am satisfied with my order. The only thing I think could change is the price thecunit cost. This small compact satellite unit would not be so experience. But that's just my opinion.

We live in an RV full time and needed to change out our water heater. We bought a Suburban SW 10D water heater. The sales person I spoke with did not know that the size of the heater unit had not changed in 20 years and tried to sell me a different frame and door for $44.
I called Suburban to double check and they told me the frame wasn't necessary and I could install the heater as a plug and play unit. I saved $44 and a lot of headaches and I was able to install it exactly as we were told to do.

Fast service
Ordered a Suburban Furnace from them, when it got here it was damaged. Box was damaged so I don't know if UPS damaged it or it came from the company. The furnace didn't work. Ron sent out another one and it arrived quick! Ron went out of his way to help me with this matter and I am very pleased now with the product and his excellent customer service!
