I made a mistake upon ordering, an immediately called PPL. They immediately corrected the order, called and emailed to let me know, and I received it 24 hours later... I did not even ask for expedited shipping! Wow, what terrific service!
No thermostat included
Only two hold down brackets included
Furnace cover was dented; cardboard box was not (no shipping damage indicated)
Paid for one day shipping: and, was told I just missed the shipping time thus I got two day shipping with no refund of shipping cost difference offered by PPLmotorhomes only excuses.
Note: This company does not give shipping tracking numbers so that a customer can track their purchases (I had to request this)
I would not suggest a friend purchase from this company
You have what I need and at a great price too. I received my order fairly fast but was disappointed that one of the two LP hoses I got was defective and leaked badly. I called customer service and they are sending me a replacement at no charge. I'm waiting for the new hose and hope this one will be fine.

Great so far...It would have been good if the system told me if this item was in stock, backordered, expected shipping date, etc.
But...the transaction went smoothly.
I am also shipping to a different address. Sometimes vendors don't get that right.:)...received order, ship to location was done properly and it shipped the same day...I would have like to have known, as I mentioned that it was in stock and being shipped...but since it only took 24 hours to receive it (Houston local shipment) it was fine.

Bought a Yamaha EF2000is, it arrived quickly to Washington via FedEx, and the price was lower than anywhere else on the web.
