I am a long time customer of PPL and they always have provided unbelievably fast service and great products. The reason I gave then 4 stars on products/services is due to a mistake in filling my order. They sent me two of one item and missed an item. Upon calling customer service the problem was resolved immediately and the correct item was shipped that same day.

The mirrors I bought was at a great price, would have paid almost double anywhere else. They shipped out same day and I received them in perfect condition. Very happy with everything. Will be a return customer for future products. Thank you.
The piece came in, in an oversized box (not in its normal packaging). When I pulled the product out of the box, the bristles were bent and the metal bar was bowed. I set the brush guard flat on a table in hopes that the bristles would relax and lay straight again, but they never did.
This is the first time that this has happened. I have ordered these brush guards before and never had this issue before, so I'm in hopes that this is a very rare occasion.
Overall I have been pleased with the service and product.
Pictures are worth a thousand words. I just happened to know the part number of the item I was purchasing so I was able to order by that item number, but without that, a picture of the item with dimensions would be helpful.
BTW... while I have purchased from the PPL store in Houston, this is my first purchase from PPL online. We'll see how it goes. I'm hopeful!
Well the item showed up but the face of it was scratched. I decided not to send it back as I was debating painting it to match the rest of my coach anyway. It's easy and faster for me to just repaint it than hassle with sending it back...but there's a big part of me that feels I paid full price, then received damaged goods. Kind of leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
In the future, if something is damaged, don't put it in the box and ship it!
