I was very impressed with the speed of delivery. My item was delivered the next day after placing my order. All necessary parts were there, none missing. The box in which my item was placed was somewhat "beat-up" upon delivery, but there was no damage to the item itself. Again, I am impressed at the speed of delivery and quality of my purchase. Surprise at delivery was no lift gate service so I had to negotiate with drivers. Not good.
