We found what we needed placed the order and it was shipped to us the next day. I would order from them again
I was shopping for a Directv Traveller satellite to replace the Kingdome on my 2002 Travel Supreme motorhome. I saved $200 by buying at PPL instead of camping world. The sales person was helpful and courteous. I have already recommended PPL to several people.
Quick shipping times and great service.
The item worked perfect, my generator would not stay running and the new carb was a perfect fit and the unit works great again. My only small complaint was PPL said they would send an E-mail when the item shipped so I could track it. I never received an e-mail. Six days after I ordered the part, I called customer service to find out when it would ship and I was informed it had been delivered to my house that very day.

Simply put, the items I wanted, at a price that was fair, in stock, delivered in 48 hours and installed on the coach in less time than most competitors could confirm my order. PPL is always my first choice.
Very helpful in making my selection of appropriate generator. Shipping took about 4 days longer than expected.
The product was advertised as an "over the range microwave." That term, everywhere else, refers to a microwave hood designed to carry away fumes, with dishwasher safe filters. With PPL Motorhomes, that term simply referred to a design choice as to where you might locate the microwave, as the microwave is not designed to be an exhaust hood. The difference in use of the term and acronym OTR should be made very clear, so as to not waste the customer's time ordering the wrong product, returning it, and paying for the mistake (shipping). I suggest that you clarify your unique use of the term "over the range" to avoid this problem with other customers in the future.
Having said that, the customer service rep that sent me the return label was polite and apologetic. That at least is very positive.

The only complaint I have is the box wasn't secure on the bottom it almost fell out when driver brought it to the door
