Easy to navigate I'll be back!
Very simple at checkout. I was not emailed when the item shipped and was provided no tracking information. Luckily, I was home the day my surprise package showed up. I live alone and I'm away from home for several days at a time due to my career. Knowing a package has shipped and having tracking is very important to me. I even called CS and was assured I would be notified via email once it shipped. I never received shipping notification and even the CS person had no available status for me...item arrive the day after I called.
It's great to get good support folks on the phone before ordering.
