This is an OEM replacement for our coach. I ordered our Kwikee series 32 electric double steps late in the day on April 4th. Used the $9.99 ground shipping via FedEx.
Received my steps on April 8th early in the afternoon. (Houston Texas to Oakridge Oregon). That is very quick order processing with shipping at a fraction of the cost of other vendors. Steps are installed and we are back to "RVing". Steps came as a complete new set with reed switch and rocker switch, and coach pigtail. Removed old steps and installed new. Installed ground wire and plugged in the pigtail, that was it. PPL has the lowest prices on the internet. Found their website looking for motorhomes and noticed they sell parts too. Glad we found them and will looking to buy a newer motorhome from them in the future.

So far so good. Simple and glitch free. Now, let's see if I can print out an invoice of my transaction complete with an order identification number of some sort.
Comment after receiving my order:
After checkout is ENTIRELY completed, it would be nice to return the customer to a "Completed Order Form" with order number, items purchased, total paid, etc... similar to the "receipt" you emailed to me. It allows me to print out the order info just in case I never hear from you again... and eases the mind a bit. I have had to follow up on an online order with absolutely NO order information provided by the vendor. It was time consuming.
The order itself was entirely glitchless and a pleasure.
