Fantastic person who was knowledgeable and helpful with my order who had to cross reference and old number and get the correct one.

I received my item in a package, brought by FedEx. I should not have opened the package and taken it back to FedEx because the package was totally torn and battered. When I did open the package, the item, a cover for a drop-in stove, was bent and the side was broken. I have returned it to PPL Motor Homes and asked for a full refund and not a replacement.

Did not see where the shipping was freight.could have been a problem but changed address to area I was working in picked it up myself on a trailer.Norcold was very unhelpful because I was not a authorized dealer on the cold weather package wiring. A Webb search found answers.Fridge works very well.ppl shipping was quick.

Very satisfied with the product, price, and shipping time. Item was not quite as heavy duty as OEM that I removed but the pricing was way better than all others, which makes up for it.

I had been considering purchasing a Safe T Plus for my 2016 Bounder. Checking for the best price I found that PPL had it on sale and beat every other price hands down. I had difficulty ordering the correct mounting kit on line and called PPL. The person I spoke to completed the sale quickly and correctly and the order was shipped the same day. The service was exceptional and the price good. You can't ask for much more!

Easy and great

Needed to replace a 27x27 shower pan. After looking at several websites and reading reviews decided to purchase through PPL. The price of the product was okay however once received and looking over the quality/workmanship, probably a little overpriced. Will need to do a few added adjustments to ensure it is sturdy.

Will still continue to use PPL as they have a large selection to choose from for RV parts.

I have ordered several times form PPL and each time there price is the lowest and ships fast, I recommend PPL all the time to friends, Jim and Holly
