VERY GOOD THE PARTS FIT JUST FINE
So far so good I just ordered an upgrade to my TT converter.
05-16-2016 received unit via UPS today. Package instructions were stated for 500 and 7300 series but I have a 6300 series I'm upgrading. I had to call PPL to see which installation instructions I should use and was informed to use the 7300 series instructions. Now to get the job done.
PPL did a stellar job on their part of my order. I did not notice the shipping box was damaged until I opened the box (my bad) and, had to do about 30 minutes of repair work before I could install the unit, not PPL's problem.

You do not accept american express - other than that easy to navigate and find what I was looking for the base plate was bent and you did not tell us we would need a 12 volt 12 amp circuit braker for the install or we would have ordered that for timely install so now we are waiting on that before we can proceed with the install
Haven't hooked up the sensors yet, so don't know how well it will work.
Bought a 18K Pullrite slider and the instructions for installation are greatly to be desired. Illustrations lack detail and the instructions were vague at best.

The people I spoke with on the phone were very helpful with making sure I ordered the right Hot Water Maker.
After receiving the hot water maker and installed it (which was quite simple) I am having trouble with the temperature remaining stable, I have adjusted the flow rate and and temperature settings and just can't seem to get it to stabilize, I can either have my shower temperature be somewhat stable or my sink faucets somewhat stable but in no way can I get both to be "stable" so I've kinda gone with a medium between the both, wish it was better though.
