I googled the desired part that I needed and chose PPL Motorhomes as they had the best price, after logging onto there site and ordering the part, it was promptly sent to me by ground shipping free of charge! I was very satisfied and will definitely go to them first for all my future RV parts!

No tracking number provided. No response to emails when emailed. Called lady and she was nice but not helpful. Needed carb for non working generator and nobody could tell me when it was arriving. I learned to never shop anywhere but amazon from now on. You know exactly when you will get order.

Website is easy to use. The item I purchased was on sale at a substantial discount compared to other sites. I will buy from PPL again.

Helpful. I thought the roof vent came with caulking, is this correct? If so I did not receive caulking with the vent order. I did however receive caulking with a different order, it came with the bath skylight dome. These were two separate orders. Thanks Mark
