We very happy with the customer service we received and the amount that we paid for our AC, was the best we could find on or off the internet. We received our AC without one single dent or crushed box. Very happy with them and will do business for future needs!
I called the shipping company several days before the delivery was scheduled to make sure the pallet did not arrive on a 50' trailer, which it did.
I was told they would specify a smaller delivery truck, didn't happen.
I had to off load it on an adjacent street and carry it home on a hand truck.
The carton containing the A/C had been penetrated by either a pallet jack or a forklift.
I had every right to refuse the delivery but considering all the brain damage required to leave work
To meet the driver I elected to just live with the damage to the AC unit. ( dented steel chassis) as far as I can tell so far. I only inspected the AC where the box had been penetrated and torn.
I ordered by phone. The PPl gal was very knew the item I wanted. She even went to the warehouse and verified the dimensions. Excellent service. Delivery was better than expected.
