This is my second order from PPL and so far I am very pleased. Phone order taker Christina ext. 161 is very pleasant and helpful.
When I received my refrigerator I found it not packaged very well. It was in a box that had been opened and re-taped. There was no packing in the box at all. There was no damage to the refrigerator but there very easily could of been.
Sales person was very helpful, products came in a timely manner. Very satisfied!

I was looking to replace the toilet in our 5the wheel when I stumbled on PPL the price was exceptional and there was a $25 rebate from Thetford ya! This was on a Sunday after placing the order I was browsing around the website and read all the negative reviews and thought Oh Boy here we go, but to my surprise I received the shipment by Tuesday wow now that's service at least from my perspective the parts department was very competent don't be scared by negative reviews.

We were on vacation, when I observed the Safety Step being used by another RV'r. I researched the Safety Step online and once I had the spec's and information, I searched online for a vendor. PPL came in at the top of the list. My compliments on your SEO. I simply determined that you were asking a fair price for the product - so I made the purchase.
The online experience was wonderful, simple, easily navigated and informational. There was no need for customer service. The order was delivered to our home address as requested, and waiting for us when we returned home. Nice Job PPL!
