The Rev air conditioner seems to be real good. Works well no complaints.
The delivery is another issue.
You definitely need to use a different carrier service for your freight orders. After being 4 days late. The phone # wrong. Numerous calls to the freight office we finally received shipment. The driver was lost totally. He was mad rude and banging the truck and our order around. I had to be on the phone 30 minutes with him just to direct him to our house. The address he had on shipping was correct. This was after he was 2 hours later than the office said he would be. Totally tied up about 3 of our days waiting for calls and shipment.
Box was torn looked smashed so we asked him to wait for us to open to make sure merchandise was all in good order.
Seemed to be. He put a big scratch on our drive way. He honestly appeared to be handicapped. I think its great he is working! But driving a freight truck! Come On!
We were not contacted or knew exactly when this would arrive. Since we had to be here when it arrived made it difficult. We had company here from Florida and couldn't go anywhere waiting for this delivery.
They didn't even call prior to set up delivery.
You would think the driver would have called for directions first before getting himself totally lost.
To top it off! We had to pay $144 for this annoyance!
We have used PPL in the past and was always satisfied. First time for everything I guess.
