Order was just what I needed and worked great!
I had a part missing with my order and Mr. Ron helped me right away. I got the part in two days. I will buy other things from them. It was my first time buying from them.
I called and asked for a genuine oem replacement part but got a universal generic part which is going to work fine but is the same exact part my local store had in stock. Good news: Price was cheaper even when including the shipping. Shipping was very fast.

I visit you website often looking at used travel trailers and watch some of the specials you have. I had not been happy with the chemicals we were using in the holding tanks so decided to give yours a try. It works great, no more bad smells!

Great service and got exactly what I need for my coach
I was very impressed with the sales people I spoke with on several occasions. Helpful and shipping was extremely fast. A week earlier then expected.
Before purchasing the AC unit, we spoke to one of your sales people to make sure we were getting everything we needed to get the unit installed and up and running. We were assured that everything we needed was included. However, upon arrival there was no interior control unit included. Despite being told otherwise, when we questioned them about it they told us that no, that piece was not included. We had to scramble to find the piece locally as my wife and son were leaving on a long trip and needed the AC to work. They said they would try and make it right by us but have not heard anything since. A little disappointed.
I will let you know after I see the refund I get for the item I returned.
Needed a part for my camper. Called your company and was given the help needed and told the part was ordered. The part was set for a Thursday delivery and actually arrived on a Tuesday. Thanks for the help
