I am a bit disappointed with the product. When I took it apart to start the installation, I found the rear of the cabinet was bent on both bottom sides. There was also a bend in the bottom of the cabinet that apparently was cause by the unit itself being slammed against it. There is also evidence of a small amount of water that had been in the unit at one time as there are rust spots on the fire box and adjacent parts.
I do not know what caused the damage. It could have been like this before shipping. I do not know. I ordered the furnace from you because I just recently bought a water heater and it was perfect. I could have gotten the furnace from another supplier for $100.00 less but went with PPL because of my previous experience with you. I can straighten the cabinet and paint the rust spots but I as I said before, I am disappointed with this product.

When you send emails you get no responses guess the staff is to busy to bother! Sometime when you call the staff you speak to has no knowledge as to the product you are calling about or general information! Usually if you call and leave a voice mail sometimes your call is not returned!
I ordered a replacement roof air unit, it was a good price and it showed up, undamaged.

I ordered a fresh water pump but it didn't even come in a box. I was giving it to my father in law as a gift. If I knew that's how it was going to come I would have gotten him somthing else
