Now that I've been using the Husky 4500 with wireless remote I love it!
My 7000 lb. 34 foot travel trailer is parked 90 degs to my alley,so hitching can be a pain. I have a back-up camera to see the ball hitch and the remote jack now leaves my wife just sittin' pretty not needing to help line me up. The 4500 lb.er is much bigger than required but to lift the Dura Max to set the load bars on the WDH, go big or go home.
Unit delivered via FedEx in a damaged outer box, however unit inside appears undamaged due to being packed in a second box.
The ordering system was very easy to use. The prices was very fair. The delivery time was way better the we expected which was very important since we ordered a replacement AC for our old 29 year old unit and we are in the hot state of AZ. We received our delivery in less the a week and no expedited delivery fee was charged. I will and have recommend PPL to all I know.
Previous user. Some items not linked with purchase. Example: install kits should have links with washer dryer combos rather than having to do a site search. Received order in good time. However i wanted a tracking number and confirmation at purchase time that i never received until i called back after 3 days. Never received an email with tracking. This was shipped to an rv park and timing was very important and signature required. Everything did work out ok.
Purchased the pre-delivery inspection. Received email all was good. During walk thru, discovered a couple items that in fact, were not performing. They were resolved, delaying delivery, and management refunded the fee for the pre-delivery inspection. All handled very professionally.
I will shop first with PPL for my next rig.

When I opened the on-demand pump that I ordered the white wire was laying in the bottom of the box. It had been broken about 2 inches from the motor. I had to take it apart to replace the wire. I did not have time to return it since we are leaving for a trip on Monday morning and needed it. Other than that everything was ok.

Excellent quality chair. We priced them and I couldn't find them at a better price. Shipping was so fast, they got here in a couple days. Durability and comfort are a must for us because we camp all the time. Very good find.
Rather easy
My washer dryer combo performs as expected. The delivery was timely. I was dismayed to find a dent in the left rear corner of the unit after unpacking everything. Due to not being able to unpack my unit until after delivery person was gone, as per the directions on the box, I knew it was too late to lodge complaint. Everything seems to be working.

The air filters were delivered quickly. The only issue was that the filters were small and I had to put three together in order to make one filter large enough.
Other than that, they were what I wanted.
Vacuum accessories worked great. Seemed to be good quality as well.
