This is my first order with PPL Motorhomes. I am replacing my old, broken Dometic CF-35 portable fridge with a new one. The price was NOT the lowest I could find. But I trust vendors who sell through Amazon. Hopefully this unit will last another 10 years, like my first.

Box arrived unsealed, open to rain and water damaged. For $120 shipping charge I expected more care. Sofa frame scratched, but only cosmetic.

I ordered white tubes and they were all labeled white but 1 turned out to beige, was fine for what we were doing but might look strange combining the 2 colors in a different application.

Great doing business with PPL on line. It was easy and user friendly. However, the item I received was not what I ordered. I need the Hose Kit Part #72-4663 (the picture on the internet is the item I needed), but I received Part #72-4661. I called the parts department and was told to return the item using the Return Form on your web site. I was told the Para #72-4663 is not discontinued. Do you have any recommendations for a fix of the water inlet hose? The plastic end that screws into the water inlet broken. The plastic end that screws into the washer is OK.
