After I had placed my order you put a package deal that was about $30.00 cheaper that I paid. Mine was 250+79 package was 299.

The King antenna I order arrived in a damage box and missing parts. Since they were not parts I need I accepted the order. I had hopped the new antenna would work better then my old Winguard. It didn't and I'm back to using my old antenna.

My experience with PPL has always been good with great values.

My daughter first told me about your website. She has lots of good praises for you. I am also very impressed with your service. I have also told others about you!

The purchase process was just fine, but I still have not received the awning. I understand that it is custom-made and can take a while, but I sent a request asking if there is a projected ship date and corrected my phone number, but still have not heard anything in 8 days since the email. Order was placed on July 22.

The overall experience was very easy and I got the product (Replacement motorhome steps) in a timely manner and just as described. If we lived in the area, they would be our only RV service providers I think. Thanks for the great price, you beat out all others, to include the "big RV stores".

Everything went smooth with both of my purchases. When I contacted PPL about delivery they took care of arrangements for me to pick up at the truck freight terminal. PPL has been top notch to deal with.

I want to recognize Dan Nedbelek he was extremely helpful with all my questions very informative. It was a great pleasure doing business with PPL.

Overall everything went very smooth. This sink was a great exact drop in replacement for our Rpod 179. Looks better than what came with the factory.
