Good as always
I have purchased several products from PPL Motor Homes for our new travel trailer and have been very satisfied with the user friendliness of their website, large selection of products, prompt response to order fulfillment and very competitive prices.

So far so good. The price was great.
We ordered it on Monday and received it on Friday.
It turns out the 6002 Module was not the problem. While installing the new module, I discovered that the seat had pinched and shorted out the brown wire to the solenoid. We had a torn seem in the seat cover repaired and when they reinstalled the seat they pinched the wire to ground permanently, until I fixed that. Now it works perfectly.
With the brown wire grounded the solenoid cannot disengage until the power is removed from the solenoid after the vacuum pump has stopped pumping.
Easier than trying to locate items locally
I was happy to find a replacement power center for my 22 year old popup camper. The price was the best on the Internet. And although I selected ground shipping, I received my order in just 2 days which allowed me to replace the power center before the next weekend.
Product came when they said it would! Good job!

Product was good,shipping was quick, Customer service on the phone was very good... I had originally used your web site. On the page with the product I purchased stated freight would be $9.99. I was charged more than double that price. So I was bit disappointed. I understand the freight charge is increased because of the length of the item. I suggest you remove the freight charge from that web page, it could loose you some business because of it.
