I have never had anything but GREAT customer service,...and great products from PPL! The parts arrive extremely fast! I have recommended PPL to other RV owners! I have a 1999 Four Winds 5000 Series, which is in GREAT shape, but small things have been going wrong, and I found PPL to replace the parts I need! I have never seen better prices! The Customer service Reps are extremely helpful, when explaining problems I have had with my RV, and them recommending ways & products to help me! I will always return!

Before you purchase, it states no hassle return policy. For the company, not the customer. 20 percent restocking fee, even if it not correct one. Make sure first. # 2 is if it has any electrical component it is non refundable. # 3. If it is electrical and defective when you try to use it, non refundable. You have to send it to them and off it goes to the manufacture. Then u have to wait and see after they test if you get a refund. Plus you have to pay the postage to them and when they send it back to you telling you whether it's yes or no. So plan in waiting a long time for a answer. Buyer beware. Read and call. Ask questions and the will tell you strait up. You don't get a refund if it has electrical.
