Great prices and great service!
They only shipped half my order. Called them and they shipped the other half. Luckily I wasn't needing them by a deadline.
I purchased a new power center for my RV. The first person I spoke to incorrectly told me that the power center came with the AC circuit breakers. It was only when I called back and spoke to another person that I was told it did not. That was confirmed by calling the manufacturer. So, the customer service department needs to make sure some of the people answering the phones are more informed about some of the products. Lesson learned, ask twice, install once.
That bump in the road aside, like I said, the second person was extremely helpful. I was able to get the correct information I needed. The price of the product was outstanding and delivery was on time and the component fit like a glove. Despite the bump in the road with the first phone call, I will be back.
The shipping company could not deliver the ordered item within an acceptable timeframe. I had to go pick it up from the distribution center 50 miles away, taking my time, fuel & evening to make a 100 mile round trip to pick up an item that was supposed to be delivered to my door. Any chance on getting part of that $105 shipping charges back?
